yesterday, i was fortunate to take part in the most lovable, chubby
happy..baby ever. alot of excessive care and interventions was
implemented for this little one..my heart goes out to this one
and his family..




















this is a classic example of trisomy 21. one crease on each hand.
(trisomy 21 is known as down syndrome.)
